It is important to have good tags on articles so the appropriate article can be more easily found in a knowledge base search.
Use the Tags field to add search tags. Tags are important to help the search and chatbot find the article that the user is searching for. Tags should not be too vague (such as "how-to" or "computers"). Tags should include all terms that are specific to the article's topic. Any defining term that is only in the body content of the article will not be found as easily by the search if it is not also a tag.
Click the Settings tab to make changes to the article’s Tags.

Tags can only be one word, but you can use a hyphen to combine words.
