If you are getting an "Account Blocked" message when logging into your UARK account, your account or device could be compromised. Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to Microsoft's password reset page.
- Enter your @uark.edu email address in the User ID field.
- Use the Captcha to prove you are not a robot and then click Next.
- Choose "I forgot my password" to proceed with the password reset steps.
Note: If you have issues using this site, try again using an alternative web browser or open your browser in Incognito/Private mode.
