This Individual Development Plan (IDP) provides a structured framework to support the professional growth, skill development, and increasing independence of Business Analysts (BAs) within the Business Process Management (BPM) team. Role Purpose
The Business Analyst supports the BPM team by performing discovery, analysis, documentation, testing, and validation activities that enable high-quality business process optimization. Business Analysts work under the guidance of a Business Analyst Lead and contribute directly to delivering accurate, well-documented, and operationally sound solutions.
