Process Innovation (HCM & Finance): Business Process Management serves the university by leading the design, optimization, and governance of business processes across Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance. Our work ensures processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with institutional priorities.
We operate as a strategic partner to campus and central teams—bringing structure, data-informed analysis, and clear governance to complex operational challenges. Our role is to ensure that processes are not only functional, but intentional, scalable, and sustainable across the institution.

Our team operates within a structured business process management lifecycle that guides work from intake through closure. We manage a diverse portfolio of projects, change requests, and operational improvements across HCM and Finance, often navigating cross-functional dependencies and competing institutional priorities.
