Add Ricoh Copier Using IP - Windows 11

Follow these steps to connect a Windows 11 computer to your department's network-connected Ricoh copier.

Download and install the Ricoh driver

1. Visit the Ricoh | Support and Downloads webpage and search for your copier model.
   • The model is located under the RICOH logo on the front of the copier, above the paper tray.
2. Select the link in the Drivers box to the correct model.
3. Click the I AGREE button for the Software License Agreement.
4. Click the Windows link in the Choose your OS section to select Microsoft Windows 11 (64-bit).
5. Click the blue Download button to download the PCL 6 driver.
6. Run the RV_SETUP installer.
   • For the setup method, select Network.
   • Click the Here button if you cannot find the device.
     • Specify the device name and model you found earlier. 
   • Add port > Standard TCP/IP Port.
   • Enter the IP address into the Address field.
     • You can find the IP address by tapping Check Status on the bottom left of the copier screen.
     • The IP address will be in the Network row under Machine Status.
7. Print a test page to confirm installation was successful.
